Zywyn Corporation is a fabless semiconductor company located in Sunnyvale California, U.S.A. Jointly developing the proprietary High-Voltage BiCMOS/BCD SOI processing technology with a strategic Taiwan foundry partner, Zywyn designs, manufactures and markets high value-added Analog Interface integrated circuits.

Technologies and Services - BiCMOS and Trench SOI

Zywyn's niche technology revolutionizes from standard conventional V-Groove DI BiCMOS process to the proprietary Trench SOI High-Voltage BiCMOS process, and eventually evolves into proprietary Trench SOI High-Voltage BCD process. This High-Voltage BCD processing technology will be used in many of the display drivers and power management related circuits. The entry barriers exhibit Zywyn's expertise in high voltage analog designs related to DC/AC, DC/DC, charge pump, high ESD protection and circuit ruggedness attributes.

Zywyn's intellectual property involves two patent-pending IPs. Focusing product lines are related to Display Drivers, Analog Interface Transceivers and Analog Power Applications Specific ICs with customized power management circuits.
